• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You're responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 16 years old to use our service
• One person per account (no sharing)

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Plan

• 3 meal plans per month
• Basic features
• No credit card required

Premium Plan

• €9.99/month (or equivalent in your currency)
• Unlimited meal plans
• All premium features
• Cancel anytime (no refunds for partial months)

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share or resell generated meal plans commercially
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI systems
• Create multiple accounts to bypass limitations
• Use automated systems or bots

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Slovakia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bratislava, Slovakia.
